What is Project IDAS?
One of the major challenges that teachers and administrators of Cabuyao Integrated National High School experience
is the adherence to the manual and traditional way of keeping, maintaining, and evaluating personnel profile such
that teachers submit hard copies of their pertinent records to authorities especially during period and process of
promotion.
Internet - Enabled Database Management and Appraisal System enables all personnel to update their profile real-time
for assessment, review, and monitoring. Through this innovation program, the aforesaid gaps shall be addressed. Also,
giving motivation and opportunity to all personnel to update timely through online access their personal, professional,
and other related pertinent information leading to equal opportunity for review, monitoring and assessment of readiness
for promotion.
